It is not an amalgamation of innovation thought patterns captured from multiple sources and integrated into a book.
Sanjiv Narang has worked as a trainer and management consultant in the area of innovation for 19 years. Innovation, Why How and What is a sum total of the author's experiences on the path of innovation. He has worked with teams in software, marketing, sales, media, R&D and HR for developing innovations in over 100 organisations. He has distilled the experiential learning that ensued in these projects into this book. The successes and failures that he has gone through, have resulted in new insights regarding innovation and the underlying dynamics, the competencies involved and the innovation development process.
